Adv. Krati Gautam

Senior Associate at the Chambers of Anurag M. Katarki and Founder Of Lexgenics

Krati Gautam is a Senior Associate at the Chambers of Anurag M. Katarki with over six years of experience specializing in general corporate law, commercial contracts, and compliance. She is adept at drafting and negotiating a wide range of legal agreements, including EPC contracts, subcontracts, joint ventures, and other corporate documents critical to business operations and growth.

Krati’s background in biotechnology informs her analytical and detail-oriented approach to legal problem-solving, making her particularly well-suited to navigate the evolving intersections of science, technology, and law. Krati has a keen interest in leveraging emerging technologies to address corporate legal challenges and has closely followed the development of blockchain technology and smart contracts. She combines her expertise in traditional legal frameworks with a forward-thinking approach, enabling businesses to understand and adopt innovative solutions while ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Throughout her career, Krati has collaborated with startups across various industries, including EdTech, real estate, food tech, generative AI, defense technology, and fintech. She has also worked with private equity investors and corporations, guiding contract management, fundraising strategies, and regulatory compliance.

Adv. Meemansa Singh

Co-founder of The Red Cycle & Lexgenics

Meemansa Singh, is a law graduate from JSS Law College and LLM holder from TISS Mumbai. She also has a PG Certificate in Public Policy & Management from IIM Vizag. Co-founder of The Red Cycle, an NGO dedicated towards Menstrual Health Education and Rights during her college days, she holds avid interest in community facing work and empirical research. She was a Youth Ki Awaaz Action Network Fellow (MHM) Seed Grant Awardee for a Project with The Red Cycle, where she worked to ensure WASH rights for the women from Bagariya tribe in Ajmer, Rajasthan.

She started her full-time career as a Teaching and Research Fellow at Jindal Global Law School right after her masters, and went on to work for Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India and the prestigious consultancy firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Pvt Ltd in the public policy space.

Meemansa is keen on understanding the correlation of legal systems and governance and its engagement with the everyday citizen and where young students fall in the picture. With her diverse experience in the development sector, teaching and research, and policy space along with her training in law, she is ideal to guide students in various employment fields.

She is part of various Civil Society groups focused towards women empowerment, access to justice, career development for young students, thereby creating paths for sustainable career opportunities in the future.

She is currently working with Outlawed India, (a start-up based in Bangalore working towards making access to justice available to the last mile citizen) as a Program Manager where she works with law students from across India and community para- legal volunteers.
